Seattle Chinese Broadcasting Association (SCBA) is a charity organization with 501 C(3) status. It’s mission is to promote the broadcasting cause for the Chinese in the greater Seattle area, and to bridge the China and USA culture exchanges. SCBA provides Chinese Radio Seattle and other Chinese broadcasting services, and serves all the Chinese in Seattle.
